EXPLANATION OF SERVICES
Contract Types:
- 52 Visit Full Time Service: Services will be provided weekly at your service location for the entire year. This includes services through the winter months focusing on cleanup in flower beds, management of leaves and debris, etc. Participants in this service schedule will be eligible for discounted rates on additional services including Mulch, Flowers, Tree Trimming and Labor.
- 46 Visit Full Time Service: Services will be provided weekly at your service location beginning the week of March 1 through November 30 of each year. Services will be provided every other week from December 1 through February 28 of each year. All additional services are available but may not reflect additional discounts for services provided.
Services:
All regular services include mowing, edging, blowing, cleaning of flower beds and periodic trimming of some bushes. Fertilizer service is available and may or may not be included in your weekly rate depending on contract arrangements. Regular services are not a substitute for additional periodic cleanup or tree trimming that may be required.
Billing:
Invoices are issued at the beginning of the month for the previous month. All invoices are due by the end of the month. Accounts that are not paid in full may have services discontinued for non-payment until full payment is received.
Additional Services:
Lastly, we want to make sure that all customers who desire additional services will be accommodated, however due to limited resources available, we are asking that you please submit your initial requests for Spring or Fall Color, Mulch, or additional services 30 days prior to the required date. Bids and work to be completed are subject to time and resource constraints and are completed on a first come first serve basis.

Rain/Inclement Weather Delays
We would also like to take this opportunity to explain our updated Rain/Weather policy for regular lawn services. In the event of inclement weather, we will work diligently to apply the following schedule:
- A single day disruption will be made up the next day and will result in delays for the following day.
EXAMPLE: Rain Cancels services on Wednesday. Wednesday will be made up on Thursday, Thursday mows will begin on Thursday and are continued Friday. Times will vary.
- A two day disruption will be made up over the following THREE days and will result in delays for the following two days
EXAMPLE: Rain Cancels services on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday will be made up on Friday, Thursday mows will begin on Friday and will be finished Saturday. Saturday Mows will be finished Saturday or Monday, time permitting Times will vary.
- Any disruption of three or more days may require cancellation of services for the effected week due to limited resources at the discretion of Alluring Landscapes.
It is our desire to provide the highest quality service possible for you our clients.
We also understand that delays may incorporate partial days, or result in standing water/saturated lawn though the weather has passed. In that event, lawn care may be delayed or suspended to help ensure that your lawn is not damaged by foot and machine traffic when it is not sufficiently dry for services.
If a substantial rain has occurred, your service is being delayed, and this would disrupt a significant event at your residence or place of business, special arrangements can be made on a case by case basis by calling us directly.
